- Partner Development & Operations as per Organizational Strategy - Execution of Plan

- Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale.

- Monthly Business Reviews with Partners & Team.

- Visit of Key POS as per Visit Plan - Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable

- Training of Distributor Staff.

- Development of Sl & NP distributor Sales Team as per Strategic directions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate or MBA with 6 to 9 years of experience of working either in Fashion & Lifestyle or Consumer Electronics industry.

- Should have Hands-On experience of having worked in the Srilanka & Nepal Trade Market.

- Excellent People Management Skills, Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken, Excellent Presentation Skills.
