Senior Asset Manager - Alternative Investment Platform

As a Senior Asset Manager- Business, you will be responsible for managing new vendors, procurement, and timely deployment of assets for the partners.

What you will do:

- Managing compliances and registration of assets with the respective regulatory body and building relationships with contractors/agents/insurers

- Enabling process improvisation, workflow, data management at different stages of procurement to deployment

- Onboarding assets to the system and ensuring all the assets are tracked across industries

- Creating SOP for recovery and redeployment for all the asset categories

- Planning and executing recovery and redeployment of asset/monies from time to time

- Resolving any conflicts or issues arising between the partner and vendor during the recovery

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Degree with 5-8 years of experience in (1) loan/debt recovery (2) asset management

- Experience in directly managing vendors and third-party logistics

- Ability to negotiate, manage budget and expenditure

- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate on pricing and structure
