Responsibility : - Sales Budget preparation of related states
- Conducting regular review on sales performance of state/sales team
- Sales forecasting
- Team building/Review
- Collections target preparation and monitoring
- Involvement in scrutinizing and appointment of dealers
- Ensuring New product plan/launches on time
- Initiating actions to improve retail presence as per portfolio
- Assisting regional sales manager in related activities
- Part of scheme building / budgeting
- Driving sales targeted numbers
Requirements :- Proven experience in sales; experience as a area sales manager (Minimum 6 years as),
- Good computer skills (Excel, SAP)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good team development and leadership skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
