Job Description
1. Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, & achieving increased sales growth across region.
2. Managing distribution network/ supply chain for distributing goods for achievement of targets within specified parameters.
3. Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
4. Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
5. Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. 6.Formulating /short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
7. Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement/ expectations.
8. Identifying areas of crucial importance in the process driven business of the company & facilitate development of adequate systems to streamline the same.
9. Chalking out budget plans to achieve the desired targets.
10. Effectively reorganized unit offices in my territory so as to optimize customer service requirement & efficient coverage of the potential markets.
11. Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Should have an experience in Retail sales, Channel development, Distribution Management.
2. Ability to drive team sales / targets.
3. Good in collaboration and team work
4. Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill
5. Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team members
