Senior Architect - Business Intelligence - BPO/ITeS

Education and Experience Requirements:

- 10+ years of BI experience. To include experience in business intelligence, ETL processes, data warehousing, data structures, data quality. (at least 3 major implementations)

- 5-7 years of experience in Dimensional Data Modeling methodologies and techniques

- Effective oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to oversee multiple priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI that support an

- Enterprise Data Warehouse environment.

- Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with the full life cycle of Data warehouse design and development including logical and physical data modeling, mapping data elements from various data sources, and loading Data Warehouse objects including dimensions and fact tables

- Candidates must have hands-on experience with gathering business requirements, documenting the reporting and analysis specifications, and designing technical architecture

- Proven ability as a team lead to mentor developers and answer technical questions

- Strong knowledge and experience with healthcare reporting, Analytics, and Business reporting needs is a must.

- Good communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment

- HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus

- Experience with large Health care EMRs is a plus

- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
