- Provide technical thought leadership to customers, company and teams
- Develop deep expertise in a few areas, while having good understanding of wide range of topics across DS and AIE
- Experience in working with data modelling of structured and unstructured entities, RDBMS and NoSQL design and data architecting
- Deploy and manage environments for data engineering, using tools such as Spark, Airflow, and Databricks, H2O.ai etc.
- Deploy sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to bridge the gap between ML training environments and model deployment environments
- Host machine learning models as microservices in a scalable environment using containers and container management tools
- Improve model tracking, versioning, monitoring and management
- Standardize the machine learning process to meet regulatory standards and policies
- Design and build systems which improve scalability, usability, and performance
- Experience with major cloud computing services - AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience with on-prem distributed computing services - OpenShift, Hadoop, etc.
- Proactively track latest research and technology developments in focus areas of Data Science - and share key learnings with entire DS team
- Hire, train and develop a strong AI Engineering teams globally
- Technically lead prototype teams to ensure Customer Success, while continuously enabling delivery teams to become self-sufficient over time
- Run technical reviews to ensure quality and provide adequate guidance to teams in AIE
- Actively engage with customer stakeholders to frame success criteria, propose solutions, build quality innovative solutions, communicate insights / recommendations effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction as well as impact of solutions we build for customers
- Define customer offerings and outcome-oriented go-to-market strategies
- Help create demos, accelerators, and frameworks to enable sales / growth
- Ensure at least 30% billability for self
- Regularly participate in technical conferences, webinars and publish in technical magazines
- Actively look for opportunities to grow the services in our customers
- Support sales, account and consulting teams in solutioning, proposals and RFPs
