We are hiring for multiple senior level openings related to Analytics with one of the leading organization Location: Bangalore, Mumbai Work Timing: 2 pm - 11 pm What is the job like? As an Analyst, your goal would be to empower business teams with actionable data insights, building data models, identifying and tracking performance metrics. You would constantly find yourself contributing to and learning from the dynamic field of analytics and decision sciences that sits at the cross section of user experience, business and technology. Within this team, you will find a diverse group of people who tackle business issues, devise strategy around opportunities, work with multi-functional teams to facilitate new business streams and process enhancements. You would be responsible for solving business problems end to end by defining the scope of problems, experimenting between various data driven approaches to solve for them & deep diving into data to arrive at the relevant conclusions. You would be expected to present actionable recommendations for the business stakeholders you would be interacting with, in the form of dashboards, presentations etc. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Monitor business KPIs and build an in-depth understanding of the business across the entire data funnel, suggesting key opportunities for growth 2. Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution & impact measurement plans 3. Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behavior and optimize the business metrics 4. Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports & setup alerts to enhance consumption of data at best moments 5. Solve complex challenges related to product, user experience, performance and scale Qualification and Experience : - B.E. Grad or Grad in Statistics, Economics - 2-5 years of relevant experience in a techno-commercial role or in business analytics in an internet business (Ecommerce / Ad Tech Background shall be preferred) - Strong at data analysis using SQL or another similar tool and comfortable with large volumes of data - Passionate about building a career in the Internet space and understand technologic landscape - Remarkable written and verbal communication skills - Firm decision-making skills and ability to influence stakeholders whilst delivering on projects - Good understanding of product analytics and experimentation is required Who should apply for the role? - Self-starter who can work in an entrepreneurial environment - Work experience in either of Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Digital Marketing. Experimentation or related fields : - Demonstrated analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business decisions - Ability to create and foster cross functional networks and manage without authority - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis - Proficient in MS Excel & SQL - Experience with Tableau /Google Data Studio, knowledge of R/Python would be good - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/Google AdWords (for Lead Gen) - Strong understanding of statistics and probabilistic methods - Experience with Mixpanel /Amplitude platforms would be preferred.
