Additional Desirable Experience/ Skills

- Experience of dealing with clients face to face (desired).

- Ability to prioritize ones time and the plan for the entire team effectively.

- Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems at a high level while at the same time pay attention to details in the solution.

- Relevant analytical experience in the following industries: retail, consumer goods, telecoms, finance, media, pharmaceutical.

- Experience working with Consumer Goods or retail clients is an advantage but not mandatory.

Education Qualification:

- BE-B.Tech /Masters in Engineering/MBA / Statistics / Economics / Physics / Computer Science with 5 -18 years experience an analytical/ statistical role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Use Microsoft software to create meaningful and actionable analysis using transction, contextual and market research data, enabling clients to develop world leading customer focused strategies.

- Building working relationship with clients by understanding client business and enabling analytics to drive business.

- Manage client expectations and define analytics scope and methodology and consumption plan.

- Present analytical results to senior management and drive business with insightful recommendations.

- Enhance the offshore team by providing relevant context and guidance on methodology and output.

- Ensure service delivered is consumed and create tangible business impact.

- Lead a team of analysts, managing tasks and providing guidance.
