Location: Bangalore

Exp : 3 to 5 yrs

Education: Chartered Accountant / US CPA / MBA

Required Exp / Skills

- Exp in US Taxation , Direct and Indirect Tax

- Exp in US Gaap , Tax Compliance , Accounting ,Reporting

- Exp in various filing requirements for Federal & State: including but not limited to Form 1065, Return of Partnership Income , 1099's and W9's

- Working proficiency of MS Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills

- A drive to work with minimal supervision and the ability to work well in teams.

- An eye for detail and process efficiencies along with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately.
