Leading BFS MNC is looking for Data Analytics Professionals for their exclusive Analytics Team

Location : Bangalore

Experience:3-7 years

Education and Experience

- Post graduate degree in Economics/ Statistics/Mathematics/Similar Quantitative Discipline/MBA from a Premier Institution is mandatory

- Strong Experience in Predictive analytics techniques (Survival Analysis, Time Series,Logistic regression etc.) will be an added advantage

- 3-5 years of experience in data modeling and predictive analytics, with software tools &packages like R, Python, SAS and SQL would be considered.

- Expertise of predictive modeling, data mining, deep-dive strategic analysis would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Data extraction: Extract data from appropriate sources in a complex warehousing environment. Require in-depth knowledge of data elements.

- Profiling and analysis : Combining in-depth business knowledge, insights, and techniques such as data visualization, cross-tabs, statistical tests, and data mining techniques to identify insights and trends

- Apply standard and cutting-edge techniques (statistical modeling, data mining, optimization) to identify drivers of business metrics.

- Comparison of techniques using validation to arrive at the best model using SAS, R.

- Handle multiple projects in parallel with an eye to final packaging or finished deliverables

- (Projects can range from strategic analysis to Predictive modelling to Prescriptive analysis.)

- Communication of findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment
