Senior Analyst - SAP IBP - IT

- Design, develop and deliver sustainable/scalable, global solutions that can be re-used and/or rolled out to other geographies.

- 8+ years SAP Functional experience, specializing in SAP IBP

- SAP IBP S&OP, Demand planning expertise

- Cloud Platform Integration CPI-DS Data Integration exposure with SAP ERP

- Very good understanding of SAP IBP configurations including Unified, Demand Planning Area for time-series data model.

- Strong hands-on in developing Excel Add-In Planning Views, usage of Web UI Apps for application configuration, analytics and required master data

- Experience in Supply Chain Planning process - Sales & Operations Planning covering statistical forecasting, demand management, supply planning

- Combination of functional knowledge in supply chain / logistics and Material Management

- Exposure to HCI / CPI-DS for data integration and functional design of SAP ERP and non-SAP system to IBP integration

- Should be able to independently translate customer business requirements into scalable design and workable solution

- Own IBP solution for end to end delivery covering design, build, testing, support acceptance testing, cutover and Go Live

- Works independently with minimum guidance and well versed with best practices in SAP-specifically in a manufacturing environment.

- Guides best practice adoption and authors quality deliverables.

- Authors complex functional specifications and works closely with the technical teams in addressing business requirements around reporting and/or custom functionality.

- Leads small teams and owns sub functions within Supply chain from a design, development and support perspective.

- Support a global business user base spread across Europe, Americas & APME

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred.

- At least eight years of experience in designing, configuring, testing and implementing SAP solutions in a fast paced environment across various geographies

- Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementations in SAP

- Ability to guide best practice adoption and author quality deliverables

- Strong cross modular integration knowledge with PP, MM

- Ability to support a global business user base spread across Europe, Americas & APME

- Capability to solve unique and highly complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

- Capability to document and deliver instructor led end user training,

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solves unique and highly complex problems that have a broad impact on the business by leveraging professional experience and/or education.

- Design and configure the SAP system to facilitate all Supply Chain system processes and transaction flows.

- Work closely with other project team members to understand integration between PP/MM modules and other SAP modules.

- Guide the business users and peers in implementation of the new systems and processes.

- Documents and delivers instructor led end user training.
