Sales Operations Analyst/Sr. Sales Operations Analyst
What the role entails:
(Key Responsibilities):
- Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the GM of that region to maximize revenue generation and attain AOP/BOQ revenue targets
- Drive top line growth initiatives including short & mid-range forecasting (S&OP) - the main company business process that drives the development of mid-range (rolling 6 quarter) sales & operational planning
- Develop SKU level demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends, and Statistical models, and drive forecast accuracy and operations metrics
- Collaborate with supply planning team & product managers to drive alignment on new products planning, product transitions, and supply constraints
- Analyse customer POS and Channel Inventory data
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation
- Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets
- Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphase's opportunity/funnel management
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including sales, finance, supply planning, pricing, and PLM teams
What we are looking for in you:
(Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility)
- B.Tech/Master's required with knowledge of sales operations, demand forecasting, supply chain, and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environment
- Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation are a must. Oracle Cloud, QlikView, Tableau, Incorta, SQL, and SFDC experience preferred
- Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight seeking and decision-making
- Organized with strong work ethic, detailed, and metrics driven approach
- Ability to work productively and independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment with exposure to e-staff
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision.
