Senior Analyst - Real Estate

- We are hiring for one of the leading BIG 4 Audit Consulting Firm based in Gurgaon. Looking for candidate who should have 2-5 years of experience in to Real Estate/ property Valuation.

Role Description : Handling Real estate valuation projects

Job Description KRA :

- Work on engagements on real estate advisory, & due diligence spread across property types

- Experience in to DCF valuation

- Review team's work and progress on a regular basis to assess their adherence to timelines and finalize whole assignment

KPI : Timely delivery of error free projects

Scope of work :

- Client Management

- Team Management

Desired Candidate :

- MBA/PGDM with 2-5 yrs of direct experience in performing property valuation of real & intangible assets

- Should have good communication skills.
