Knowledge of real estate wholesale lending.

3-8 years of experience in wholesale credit division of a Bank/NBFC/Real Estate Developer/Rating Company/Consulting Firm.

Job Description:

- The person would be an integral part of the deal team and get an exposure across the deal cycle.

- Appraisal and due diligence of the project/proposal(Technical/Financial/Legal/Regulatory etc) to make a convincing pitch.

- Meet with developers/builders/Promoter to understand the viability of their projects, in terms of scale/progress/financials.

- Recommendation and Presentation of proposal to Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds, Investors.

- To lead a team with excellence in performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Sector Analysis.

- Promoter Analysis/Reference Check.

- Regulatory Risk analysis.

- Financial Modelling and Analysis.

- Contract Evaluation.

- Development of Risk & Mitigation Matrix.

- SWOT analysis, Term sheet preparation and support in negotiation.
