Role/ Job Title: Senior Analyst - Process & Strategy

Function/ Department: Credit Risk

Job Purpose:

The role entails spearheading cost monitoring and budgeting activities for Credit function. The role demands a self-driven, due diligent individual who can evaluate growth trajectory of the function and derive a scalable budget model. The role also requires publishing of MIS and relevant insights to key stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders for budget preparation, provisioning and cost monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing scalable and sustainable budget for credit function across all products in retail assets.

2. Monitor and analyze budget vs expenditure and predicted vs realized benefits.

3. Facilitate vendor onboarding activities and closely collaborate with procurement team to track cost factors.

4. Work closely with finance team to track P&L line items vis a vis budget.

5. Prepare monthly provisions on key variable cost parameters.

6. Evaluate cost impact of digital initiatives undertaken for retail assets.

7. Publish MIS and insights to key stakeholders.

8. Recommend process re-engineering, and further enhancements to ensure continuous process improvement.

9. Proficiency in Excel and ability to work on mathematical analysis is a must.
