Senior Analyst - Private Equity Delivery - BFS

The Delivery Associate's duties include:

- Building and updating financial models to deliver valuations for wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory

- Reviewing the client documents and capturing all the financial information in the models

- Reviewing models and reports prepared by junior analysts and mentoring and training the junior analysts

- Performing Industry and Company research and capturing financial data from databases such as Factset.

- Updating financial models and valuation report for Daily/Monthly/Quarterly valuations both for fixed income and equity instruments

- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports, and handling valuation queries from clients and auditors

Education and experience

- Qualified accountant, MBA-Finance or CFA charterholder, minimum 5 years PQE

- Experience of performing Company/Industry research and interpretation of financial statements and ratios

- Good experience of constructing and updating valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts, and other intangible asset models, credit rating analysis

- Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint

- Good report writing skills
