- The Senior Analyst will initiate, drive, and coordinate key activities, reports, and communications that drive exceptional Lab experiences. Not only will you work as an individual contributor, but also as a team player.
- You will interact with a diverse group of US team supporting the Deloitte client leaders across industries. The high-level responsibilities are as below:
Operational support:
- Coordinate the planning of LCSP Transition Labs
- Communicate and maintain details of various Lab offerings
- Manage the transition Lab mailbox by responding to inquiries and engaging with broader team as needed
- Operate MS Teams site for documentation update and tracking
- Schedule and calendarize all Labs/Lab activities considering participant/facilitator priorities which primarily include scheduling lab meetings, managing invites, and documentation.
- Partner with Lab facilitators and producers to deliver the proven Lab experience while employing agility to ensure that the Lab meets the unique needs of leadership
- Coordinate and ensure that all materials are present in the Lab
Data reporting and analysis:
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and insights
- Ensure recurring and ad-hoc reports are delivered as per schedule with utmost quality
- Ensure SLAs are met while constantly striving for shorter response rates
- Present data and reports in an easy to read and comprehensible manner, bringing elements of design and automation which complement the Client's objectives
- Analyze data to uncover insights that can drive actions and measurable outcomes.
- Effectively translate and interpret insights into Executive presentations enabling leadership and stakeholders with data driven insights and trends.
- Create impactful campaigns using creative techniques
- Help prepare for and deliver internal training sessions
- Continue to innovate and bring incremental process improvements wherever possible
Research:
- Collect relevant account and industry information to support preparation of Lab materials
- Perform pre-Lab activities such as scoping calls, pre-Lab interviews, surveys, and prep calls
- Coordinate all post-Lab follow-up calls, surveys, and interviews
Skillsets required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Impeccable English writing skills (e.g., spelling, grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, parallel formatting)
- Active listening and consistent, strong communication skills, including the ability to track complex ideas, synthesize into broader themes and deliver messages with tact
- Good hands-on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Understanding of quality assurance techniques and ability to write, and execute, test cases to validate business requirements
- Strong organization skills: ability to manage details and logistics
- Strong analytical, data visualization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Intellectually curious and comfortable utilizing different systems and techniques to analyze data
- Strong understanding of a broad set of marketing activities: Campaigns, events, digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing etc.
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
- Flexibility, agility, and willingness to adapt on the fly to ensure the Lab meets the needs of leadership
- Ability to manage ambiguity with tact and diplomacy; engage in active problem solving
Educational Requirements:
Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred): MBA or similar academics
Shift timing: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm; flexibility to work during US business hours is required
