- This is for a Global Group of companies into metal, engineering and energy domains. - They are creating Strategic Teams in India to support the Global Businesses as a part of streamlining and consolidating activity - This offers unique opportunity to work with Global Team for Improvements and Excellence Initiatives across the functions as an Analyst but participating in those initiatives for India directly Group has initiated various projects/programs like : 1 Integrating the processes of acquired entities with the group 2 Process enhancement, process revamp/upgradation at manufacturing locations acquired in recent past 3 Cost optimization Person will participate into following: - Monitor the progress of these initiatives - Analyze the reasons for delay and deviation if any - Prepare reports, dashboards for management on the updates, status etc - Prepare repository of best practices, initiatives for the group entities - Participate in creating and implementing a programs in India - These programs will be managed, implemented simultaneously at global locations - 4+ years relevant domain experience post BE/MBA is ideal - Metal, Engineering Industry experience is preferred. Global projects experience is most preferred - Ability to work in Dynamic/Evolving Environment is must.
