Senior Analyst - Model Development - KPO

Working on the Application Scorecard Development Team under the Data Science umbrella and will be primarily responsible for developing acquisition decisions models. This would be a 100% hands-on work profile with some project management responsibilities

The candidate would be responsible for:

- Development of predictive models using latest machine learning / statistical methods

- Introduce newer methodology in model development & implementation

- Working with vendors to gain industry-knowledge and develop in-house capabilities

- Implementation of models both in the traditional framework as well as in the Big Data ecosystem Predictive model development

- Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, D-tree, Feature Selection.

- Artificial Neural Network, SVM, Random Forest

- Subject matter expert in statistical techniques with good exposure in the field of machine learning

- Excellent analytical and problem solving capability

- Ability to guide / mentor junior analyst to deliver on complex analytical projects

- Well conversant with SAS, Python, SQL; Proficiency in Big Data Frameworks an added advantage

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication & presentation skills
