Huntel Global is now hiring Senior Marketing Automation - Support Analyst, to join its client based in Hyderabad, India.   This position will be responsible for providing technology support to enable marketing organization improve their digital marketing automaton processes. This role is responsible for supporting campaign management solution and includes processes related to campaign management and leads management.  Responsibilities include:  Provide day-to-day business support on the usage of technology platforms related to marketing automation domain  Provide technology support to campaign management business operations  Operationalize analytics by integrating analytical results directly with operational systems for faster decision making  Coordinate across various internal partners and external vendor to ensure technology platforms are being leveraged in optimized manner.  Manage projects, communications and meetings necessary to support technology operations  Qualifications  Ideal candidates will have:  Minimum of 8 years of overall work experience and at least one year experience working in marketing automation domain.  Experience with Marketing Automation technology platforms like IBM/Unica or Marketo or similar  Familiarity with the concept of leads generation and how technology could enable these capabilities  Strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals with experience enabling data based decision making  Ability and desire to learn and expand current technical skillset  Good trouble shooting and analysis skills to diagnose the problems and drive towards resolution  Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and communicate with all levels of management  Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail  Experience working with partners/colleagues from different culture and time zones
