Senior Analyst / Manager -Trade Accounting / Fund Accounting (Fixed Income Asset Classes)

We are looking for professionals with exp in Fund Accounting / Trade Accounting ( Fixed Income ) and excellent communication skills for one of our Fortune 500 client.

Position: Trade Accounting / Fund Accounting (Fixed Income Asset Classes)

Exp: 3-7 years (post Master's Degree or should be a B.Com + CFA)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Working Model: Hybrid - 2 days Work from office, 3 days Work from Home

Skills:

- Must have experience in Trade Accounting /Hedge Fund accounting or Reconciliation

- Must have experience in asset classes in the Fixed Income space (loans, bonds, repos, derivative instruments such as CDS, TBAs, Interest rate swaps).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on private deals (NPLs, direct lending, litigation finance), book and maintain records, support fund launches, calculate waterfalls, and handle ongoing fund activities.

- Prepare performance records, investigate P&L movements, liaise with internal groups for discrepancy resolution, and ensure accurate accounting.

- Provide support for reconciliations, facilitate month-end closures, and coordinate with auditors/administrators.

- Drive process efficiencies through idea generation and automation, collaborating on technology projects and bespoke reporting.
