It provides customized consulting services to clients in the Indian power sector that include strategy consulting, market consulting, litigation advisory, transaction advisory, renewable energy consulting, bid advisory, management and business consulting. Role: Sr. Analyst/Manager - Policy and Regulatory (Power) Job purpose Assist the - Lead- of the Policy and Regulatory team for assignments with assignment across India and abroad. Experience and Qualification - At least 3-5 yrs of relevant experience in policy regulatory area for power sector with minimum 2 years in a reputed consulting firm - B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical - MBA in Finance/Operations/ Marketing/ Power Management (Preferred) Required Skills: - Detailed knowledge of the Indian Power &amp; Regulatory sector, including its commercial, technological and regulatory drivers - Preparing Project Proposals / Technical documents for participating in bids - Analytical and project management skills including the ability to implement projects (including more than one project at a time) - An ability to multi-task effectively and handling multiple assignments simultaneously - MS Excel based Financial Modeling - Experience of handling tariff related assignments, business plans, commercial agreements (PPA) - Experience of working with regulators/ distribution utilities/ transmission utilities/ generation companies The base location would be Noida (U.P). However, the applicant should be open to travel within and outside country to manage Projects. He/ She should also be willing to relocate (if required) to other locations within the country based on project requirements.
