Senior Analyst/Manager - Management Reporting - P&L Reporting - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Management Reporting (P&L Reporting) team within our Financial Operations group based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India.

The team's primary responsibilities include:

- Preparing firm-wide reports including P&L, expenses, capital, returns & fees

- Handling requests from senior management and trading desks

- Driving technology projects to streamline the reporting infrastructure

- Providing analytical reports and in-depth analysis of the firm's performance to senior management

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in finance along with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the hedge fund industry or product control role will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to collaborate well with other groups.
