Senior Analyst/Manager - Financial Research - BFS

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group based out of Hyderabad. This group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision based processes of the firms global proprietary trading strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

- Support front-office traders/analysts on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data intensive in nature

- Build and manage large financial data sets and performing exception analysis.

- Collaborate with the in-house technology team for automating processes to achieve optimal efficiency

- Support the Fundamental Research team in Hyderabad by conducting data research, summarize industry/company conference calls, and prepare quarterly earnings reports

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate should:

- Have a Masters degree in Business or Finance with 2-6 years of experience in the above mentioned responsibilities or financial operations

- Be self-motivated, possess strong analytical and leadership qualities as well as be able to work independently with limited direction and guidance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
