About Role:

- In this role, you'll receive a broad insight into the firm's strategy and operations, as well as considerable potential for professional growth.

- In this role, you'll be working closely with senior business leaders, the COO office and the OC, regarding initiatives, milestones, project updates, proposals, and planning.

- You'll assist and communicate with the OC in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.You'll alsoassist with strategic planning, identifying opportunities to influence, support, and execute on our strategy.

- The candidate should have a master's degree with two to six years of experience in managing project management office (PMO)/strategy and operations, and preferably have prior experience of chief of staff role
