Job Description:
Embarking on a multi-year core banking transformation journey to replace legacy core banking platform with modern technology platforms. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with strong and balanced experience in business analysis for a wide array of
Temenos Core Banking product in Bangalore, India. Successful candidates will be part of a growing and dynamic regional team in charge of developing and maintaining Temenos Core Banking products for multiple offices over the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance/improve banking systems (Core Banking, AML and Reporting) based on Temenos products.
- System impact analysis, support of business requirement definition, solution design and functional specification design, support of technical specification design and support of SIT test creation.
- Produce required SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) artefacts, including specification documents, layouts, diagrams and manuals.
- BAU support for branches such as trouble shooting and QA.
- Collaborate with partners across IT and business groups.
Competencies Needed:
- 5+ year experience in Temenos product business analysis and/or in finance institution's IT department
- T24 functional and configuration experience in at least 1 of the following : T24 Common/Accounting/Deposits/Loans and trade finance/payment and treasury
- T24 Corporate banking domain knowledge (1: higher priority - 3:lower)
- Account, Funds Transfer, Teller, FX, Money Market, Loans and Deposit, Miscellaneous Deals
- Letter of Credit, SWIFT, General Ledger, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Non Stop module
- Other services
- Unix/Linux basic knowledge

- Technical knowledge of below T24 functionalities
- Modification of advice and statement
- OFS(Open Financial Service) module
- COB(Close of Business)
- T24 API development (E.g. Screen changes, generate new inquiries)
- Local code development skill and experience

- Temenos Analytics
- Fintelix
- Hitachi JP1
- DevOps
- Test automation
- Experience in full SDLC

Education level: Bachelor degree in computing or relevant field
