Senior Analyst - Lending Services - Bank

- Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation

- Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)

- Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results

- Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews and populating credit application templates.

SWOT analysis :

- Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)

- Covenant performance o PD/LGD analysis Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guidelines

- Collateral analysis Analyze key points highlighted by rating agencies, reasons for rating changes etc. (Applicable for corporate connections)

- Providing Ad-hoc support to credit managers

- Handling Client calls and periodic communication
