Senior Analyst - Legal - Litigation/Contract Management/Compliance

Experience: 3-6 Years

Skills:

- Ability to manage a variety of regulatory compliance, litigation, contracts, Labour related legal issues, secretarial and legal issues with varying levels of complexity to successful completion.

- Can perform routine company law work independently with little direct supervision.

- Ability to multi-task on a regular basis and handle number of matters simultaneously;

- Participate, interact and respond to the US Legal Team on various compliance and legal issue

Tools and Technologies:

- Experience with other Microsoft tools is expected

- Database researches on web based legal repositories
