Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Statistical Modeling - Retail Domain

Position : Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst

Client : Retail Giant

Job Location : Pune

Experience : 4-6 Yrs

Responsibilities :

- We are looking at 3.5+ years of relevant Analytics experience

- Core competency should be MODEL BUILDING using different data mining techniques and algorithms

- R experience is a must. Machine Learning is an added advantage.

- SQL knowledge should be at an Beginner to Intermediate level.

- Conduct advanced statistical analysis.Execute a variety of statistical and Data mining techniques including clustering techniques, decision trees and factor analysis.

- Recommend and explain analytical techniques, both Data Mining and SQL based, appropriate for CRM & Marketing.

- Train,coach and work with our International Markets on advanced statistical and data mining procedures.

Skills :

- Hands on experience in building statistical models. (R Experience is a must)

- Almost 3+ Years of working experience preferably retail, wholesale or Consumer Goods background

- Having experience of Machine Learning algorithms a big plus.
