Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Private Credit - CRE Sector Research

Headquartered in New York City, with a strong global presence and a reputation for excellence in the financial industry is seeking Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Private Credit (CRE Sector Research) resourceful candidates to join their Financial Research group based in Gurugram/Bengaluru/Hyderabad, India.

- As a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and assessing investment opportunities across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) capital structure.

Responsibilities:

- Support the front office group in analyzing and assessing investment opportunities in Commercial Real Estate (CRE).

- Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform market research, and prepare investment memos.

- Conduct investment due diligence and perform deep dives by connecting research with market data.

- Analyze sector-related reports to identify insights and trends in the CRE space.

- Lead projects independently with limited guidance and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Finance degree (MBA) or equivalent qualification.

- 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience, with expertise in evaluating CRE transactions and performing deal analyses.

- Willingness to expand skill sets into new sectors and products.

- Proficient in building and maintaining detailed financial models.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

- Understanding of structured finance asset classes is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with trading desks and stakeholders.
