Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Private Credit - Asset Management Team - FinTech

Leading financial and technology (Fintech) firm is seeking resourceful candidates to join their Asset Management team within the Financial Research group located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, or Hyderabad.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

As a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst, you will collaborate closely with asset managers, servicers, and internal teams to facilitate asset management processes. Your responsibilities will include compiling and presenting asset management reports to senior and asset managers, conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reviews, assisting in valuations, business plan reviews, and deviation analysis. You will also be involved in developing expertise in servicer feeds and internal tools to enhance portfolio analysis and performance.

Who We're Looking For:

- Candidates should hold a finance degree (MBA) or equivalent qualification with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and proficiency in financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling.

- Working knowledge of structured finance asset classes is advantageous.

- Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact with trading desks and stakeholders.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to lead projects independently with limited direction and guidance.
