Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst - Credit Research - Financial Modeling- Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon - 2+ Years

Looking for a credit research professional with exceptional working experience in Financial Modelling. Some who has built financial models from scratch will be the ideal candidate for this role.

Location - Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Independently supporting teams to execute of all types of financial products transactions including new issue, and refinancing.

2. Building and maintaining financial models for new deals and undertake updates for assigned portfolio.

3. Tracking quarterly earnings and prepare concise earning notes for assigned coverage

4. Monitoring financial performance and key performance indicators of portfolio companies

5. Working in collaboration with the multiple onshore analysts and undertake timely execution of assigned deals across multiple sectors.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

2. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, building capital structure and data analysis. Experience in covering technology and business services sector would be an added advantage.

3. A general understanding of leveraged loans or collateralized loan obligation structure/deals is preferable.

4. Good articulation and ability to communicate effectively over phone and email to build and maintain strong relationship with onshore team

5. Excellent MS Excel skills (including advanced excel)
