Structured problem solving : Define, quantify & qualify the problem statement (structuring), including KPIs (or success metrics) (context setting), baseline the current process(es), analyze, identify gaps, constraints, dependencies & the nodes impacted. Establish trade-off(s), rapid prototyping, pilot, deployment and control.
