Objective : Responsible for ensuring the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with central and state laws and regulations. Will work closely with internal HR & Legal teams and auditors (external and internal) to ensure that all HR processes and procedures meet legal/ audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Experience in Labour Laws & and Statutory Compliances acts (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Leave, Bonus etc. )
- To take care of registrations and renewals under various labour laws - Shop & Establishment act, Factory act, minimum wages, workman compensation act etc.
- Responsible for creating and updating checklist for executing various quarterly, half yearly and annual returns under various acts.
- Collaborate with Process Owners to develop and implement corrective actions to address observations/ gaps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR compliance records
- Responsible to assist and lead Audits/ Inspections under CLRA/ESI/EPF/S&CE and other applicable Act & department level.
- Liaison & correspondence with various labor offices
Requirements:
- LLB graduate with 0-3 years of similar experience with consulting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of state labor laws and regulations
- Should be detail oriented and precise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Sound knowledge on Excel, HRMS and other software
- Must Good spoken and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and liaison skills

- Working Days : Mon-Fri + 3rd Sat of every month
