Senior Analyst - IT Procurement

Responsibilities:

Contract management operations:

- Responsible for Contract management - covering Drafting, Risk assessment

- Manage contract review process between vendors and internal legal team and assist in contract negotiation with vendors according to company guidelines

- Contracts document management and maintain vendor database in procurement system

- Understand and manage various Master agreements, Statement of Works and associated Commercial schedules for Hardware, Software, Services & Consultancy agreements with global vendors from different geographies and jurisdictions

Vendor management operations :

- Work with IT VMO (Vendor Management Office) team to perform procurement and contract related activities

- Process and verify purchase requests for group IT

- Assist VMO in ensuring adherence to vendor management policies and processes and its continuous improvement

- Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients for RFP/RFQ

- Software asset management

- Prepare monthly management reports

Qualifications:

- Degree holder in procurement or relevant discipline

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT Procurement or Contracts Management in Financial Services Industry

- Working knowledge of procurement and/or vendor management processes is essential

- Sound knowledge of IT industry (hardware, software, services & telecom)

- Sensitive to numbers and details

- Ability to multi-task and under pressure

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- Fluency in English

- Experience in any procurement system is an added advantage
