Qualification : Chartered Accountant/MBA

Job role :

- Prepare deal collaterals, such as a pitch book and an information memorandum

- Client, financial partners, and service providers coordination for Document/Data Exchange

- Due-diligence completed successfully

- Documentation completion

- An examination of different financial and other factors

- Structured Finance, Debt Syndication (domestic), and other statements

- Private Equity, M&A, and Capital Advisory Services (domestic and international).

- Corporate restructuring and reorganisation
