Role : Sr. Analyst - Investment Banking & Capital Markets (Real Estate)

Location : Mumbai

Joining : Immediate

Education: Preferably a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance

Roles & responsibilities :

1. Hands-on experience with the Real estate capital market

2. Assess transactions across geographies and asset classes

3. Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments

4. Preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Models

5. Participating in the structuring of complex transactions and eventually developing and evaluating strategic initiatives for portfolio companies

6. Create business strategies for key clients

7. Conducting industry, business, and financial due diligence

8. Assisting in legal and fiscal due diligence for relevant transactions

9. Prepare and present corporate presentations

10. Maintaining MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile : Relevant Experience of 6 to 10 years in Real Estate Fund Raising, Capital market & Investment banking. Due diligence , Financial Modelling
