Qualification Required: MBA (Tier1 and 2 only)

JOB Description:

- Analyzing financial statements of NBFC, BFSI, Financial Institutions, etc performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of the company. Managing a portfolio of clients and handling rating assignments under the supervision of Team Leader.

- Preparing rating reports by including a profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis like proficiency, turnover & solvency, financial projection/modeling, operational & industry analysis. Presenting reports to rating committee and writing publication ready rationales.

- Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the businesses.

- Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation.

- Keeping a track on the performance of the industries associated with the portfolio.

- Maintaining relationship with the client portfolio and monitoring company performance.

- Providing guidance to Associate Analysts/Sr. Associate Analysts.

- Assist senior analysts in areas related to credit evaluation and monitoring.
