Years of Exp :upto 2 years ( Post MBA)

Education Qualification : MBA Finance from Premier Institutes ( 2020 -2022 batch)

- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

- Any exp related to Finance and interest in the roles mentioned below.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The incumbent if selected will be a part of one of the functions mentioned below depending on their interest and interview outcome

1) Management Reporting:

Provide key performance metrics, reports, and analyses related to firm's P&L, expenses, budget, capital, returns, fees, taxes etc.

Facilitate effective decision-making through insightful reporting, analyses, and recommendations to Senior Management

2) Investor Relations:

Work on various Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other adhoc requests/questionnaires received time to time from current and prospective investors. The team manages variety of transactions (subscriptions, withdrawals etc.) , investor queries and communications and other related activities

3) Compliance:

Implement and enforce policies & procedures across multiple regulatory requirements, assisting front office trading desks by conducting a thorough research on firm's positions & applicable , Perform regulatory filing obligations, ,monitor and implement controls designed to ensure compliance with global regulations
