Sr. Analyst - US based Family Office

Have been in the hospitality industry for over 50 plus years with deep expertise in hospitality and real estate across US, UK and Middle East. We also invest in startups across countries.-

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

- Actively contribute in capital raising efforts of portfolio companies

- Supporting senior management in pitches to investor community

- Handling inbound interest from institutional and retail investors

- Reaching out to new potential investors

- Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings

- Participate and assist in investor presentations and meetings

- Creating and maintaining database of investor network

- Working with internal teams to ensure that all investor documentation is completed

While fund raising is the main role, the candidate may also be required:

- Manage existing portfolio companies

- Evaluate new deals such as strategic acquisitions, divestitures, asset monetization etc.

- Other special projects as and when the need arises

Other points:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

- Educational qualification in Finance, mandatory

- 2 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, fund raising is mandatory

- Exceptional financial modelling skills necessary

- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Ability to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit etc.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the company's image

- Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations and reports

- Detail oriented and have problem solving skills

- Ability to understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings

- Being flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team

- Multi-tasking skills
