Senior Analyst - Enterprise Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.

- Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors.

- Perform risk evaluation, which assesses the way the company previously handled risks.

- Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks.

- Provide training for organization staff so that they can be aware of risks and try to mitigate them.

- Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations' services and departments.

- Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.

- Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.

- Performs other duties as directed.

Knowledge and Experience:

Education Qualifications :

- Risk Management certification from a reputed institution.

- Understanding of recognized risk management frameworks, such as COSO ERM or ISO 31000, and the ability to implement them effectively.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.

- Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately.

- Strong attention to detail and organization.

- Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e., risk assistant or risk analyst)

- Solid research skills using the internet and first-person interviews.

- Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for mitigating risks and optimizing risk management strategies.

- Developing Objectives and Strategies Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard sensitive user data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Building and Developing Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various risk control measures.

- Coaching and Mentoring Align risk management practices with the organization's strategic goals and objectives & build a risk aware culture within the organization.
