Job Description :

- Assist the MPPP (The Management Programme in Public Policy) faculty in managing the content to be taught to the participants, grading of assignments, providing assistance to the participants in course-work and managing the internet mediated learning component of a faculty's course through an online platform that will be provided by the institution(includes moderating discussion forums, preparing assignments and project work for the participants).

- Under the guidance of senior members of the team, carry out research projects by identifying and addressing key questions and issues, including quantitative summary and analysis.

- Publish articles in scholarly journals, Op-Eds and blogs based on work done on projects.

- Take part in the design, development and implementation of Institute conferences, symposia and trainings through short and long term courses.

- Document and write up the result of projects, research activities, and events for the purpose of dissemination and publication.

Skills and Qualifications :

- At least a master's degree in a related field or a professional degree in any one of the following "

a) Political Science.

b) Public Policy & Governance.

c) Economics or management from a high-quality B-school or University is required.

- Proven track record in doing research in the area of Public Policy & Governance

- Strong analytical skills.

- Supported research projects, published papers in leading international/ national journals shall be preferred.

- Strong organizing and writing skills are required.

- 6 -10 years experience.

- Ability to multi-task, and deliver quality work in a timely manner is needed.

- Needs to be able to work in a team.

- Excellent Communication Skills
