Roles And Responsibility:
Work directly with client and consulting teams to implement and deploy PMO solution by:
- Acting as a thought partner to the client and consulting team and help them select optimal analytical solution during a PMO implementation
- Designing and developing analytical solution (in MS Excel/Access/MS Project)
- Help consulting team in war room setup for the client
- Should be ready to travel in India and abroad in client assignments (More than 50% time travelling)
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Essential skills:
- Good knowledge and experience of working in various business domains, preferably in Operations
- Experience in building tools/models primarily using MS Excel and other tools like MS Access/ MS Project.
Education & Previous Experience Required:
- Post-graduate OR Graduate degree from top tier colleges in Computer Applications/Engineering/Operation - Research/ Industrial Engineering/ Mathematics or MBA with strong quantitative background.
- 5-8 years of industry experience preferably in PMO implementations or Operations performance improvement programs
- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques (Spreadsheet modeling, VBA, MS Access, MS Project etc)
