- Provide strong analytical inputs to drive complex work - is able to understand requirements quick, challenge wherever needed and deliver accurate output on time
- Manage a comprehensive process around analytics requests from different sets of stakeholders, drive initial calls and prioritization discussions with senior leadership.

- Be the buddy for 1-2 team members in web to help plan their work from a technical effort as well as project management perspective.
- The individual would be required to partner with UK team to deliver valuable data driven analytical customer decisions for UK Retail team.
- The individual should possess ability to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex issues critical to success of the marketing function.
- Partner with the business effectively to drive marketing decisions and generate value.
Key deliverables: What are the key outcomes and what does the jobholder have to produce (objectives)-
- To enable the team to provide regular and ad-hoc analytics support across multiple stakeholders.
- The individual should be able to convert unstructured business requirements into structured project requirements.
- The main objective is to deliver process improvements in the quality, creation, documentation, and delivery of data across all of our platforms. The candidate must have advanced SQL (Teradata a plus) and SAS skills; at a level capable to oversee the development and coaching of other analysts.
- The candidate will work with business analysts to interpret and influence their requirements and translate them into platform solutions, therefore must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Essential Experience: What previous experience is required to do this job / role-
Essential:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work to tight deadlines
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Proficient organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, good team player
- Business sense of work Desirable:
- Previous analytical experience preferably in financial services or banking
Qualifications: What training or qualifications are required to do the job / role-
Essential:
- BE/ B.Tech from a reputed institute, MCA, MBA, Masters in economics/ statistics
Desirable:
Technical Competence: What are the specific skills / style and abilities required of the job / role-
Essential:
- Excellent advanced SQL and advanced SAS skills
- Working knowledge of SQL server, Teradata or SAS
- Ability to handle large volumes of data, working on different databases and server
- Good MS Office skills
Desirable:
- Experience of working on database design/ architecture
- Previous experience of working on Mainframe would be an added advantage
