Job Title Sr.Analyst - Customer Management
Department - Customer Management
Location - Chennai
Key responsibilities -
- Driving projects with a focus to optimize customer engagement and retention strategies
- Finding opportunities to acquire more customers by modifying/optimizing existing strategies
- Ability to convert a business problem into a data/analysis Project, arrive at a data based solution and reconfigure it into a business based solution
- Monitoring key portfolio metrics and take data driven actions based on the performance
- Making regular presentations of his/her work to the larger marketing group to get buy-in of managers
- Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver his/her projects
- Coming up with hypotheses to test leveraging internal and 3rd party data
- Running periodic controlled tests to validate hypotheses generated
Candidate Specification:
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as R/SAS/SQL
- Experience in handling complex data sources
- Experience in marketing analytics or customer analytics
- Dexterity with MySQL, MS Excel
- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability
- Good presentation and communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA from a Tier 1 college/ B.E./B.Tech with strong business acumen can be considered
- Prior experience in customer segmentation and classification models
- 4 years of experience in E-commerce/Financial Services/Analytics Industry
- Understanding of ecommerce/online businesses
