Senior Analyst - Credit Research - Stock Broking Firm

Position - Sr. Research Analyst

Location - Andheri East

Qualification - CA / MBA - Finance (Pharma, Auto, BFSI sector)

Experience - 8 to 10 years (stock broking industry only)

Salary range - 15-20 lacs

Work days - Mon to Fri

Role -

- Have an in-depth understanding of companies under coverage

- Attend companies- conference calls, AGM- s, Management meets and perform channel checks.

- Prepare financial models and projections for companies.

- Preparing presentations / writing reports

- Interaction with clients

- Compliance to SEBI guidelines

The analyst would provide essential support client by undertaking the following activities independently:

- Independently write crisp and analytical credit reprts for the coverage, covering all the relevant and current aspects of the issuer, business and financial risk profiles, sector nuances and investment thesis

- Quickly develp understanding of the operating and financial metrics relevant for any new sector in coverage

- Expected to provide an impact analysis of management strategies and macro events on performance outlook and development of credit metrics

- Develop good sector knowledge to write thematic industry reports and provide comprehensive RV analysis

- Financial modelling activities with projections

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE

- Background in conducting credit analysis and writing reports on corporate issuers in global markets

- Very good writing skills with ability to quickly turn around analytical credit reports

- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand nuances for different sectors

- Good communication skills, written and verbal

- Attention to detail

- Should be capable of multi-tasking and handling projects with tight deadlines
