- Identifying, negotiating and structuring the partnership deals/business and project manages new launches
- Identifying value gaps in the market and developing new products with the brand teams
- Manage internal/external stakeholders and work with the cross functional teams to resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for in-organic growth / partnership available in the market to support the strategic direction for the company
- Develop the go-to-market strategy
- Identifying and leveraging business adjacencies and extending help to the business development team on need basis
