Senior Construction Analyst

Role Summary:

33 Holdings, a fully vertically integrated Private Equity Real Estate Firm, based out of Atlanta, GA is expanding its office based operations in India, Hyderabad, to meet its growing business needs.

We are looking to add a seasoned construction cum pricing analyst, who is passionate about US real estate, construction, rehabilitation, ground up development, suppliers, materials, labour, numbers, data trends etc. in the US Real Estate Industry and with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in either Residential, Commercial or Industrial Real Estate. He/she will be responsible for independently managing internal management requirements and responsibilities, as defined from time to time.

This includes not only the broadly defined responsibilities of project management, reporting and analysis above, but also working very closely with Construction Team Leadership, Director FP&A cum Asset Management, CFO and CEO on identifying key areas of improvements, with actionable recommendations. recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Production of defined frequency financial and operational reports, with comparatives to budgets and actuals/ previous quarter, previous year and across all projects/portfolios.

2. Preparation of multiple analytical reports independently, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and comparatives, costs of development, construction, in line with construction schedules, by project/property/lot etc.

3. Support the development of integration to front end applications in construction.

4. Assist in preparation of Dashboard, and Pitches for internal Management/Leadership consumption.

5. Evaluation of current processes, utilization of lean and six sigma methodologies to drive process automations, improvements and efficiencies.

6. Understanding of cash flow/financial models for Return on Investment (ROI), related yield and performance analysis of projects, renovations business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Business Administration from a reputed university, with 4-7 years of experience in US real estate, preferably in construction, renovation, pricing etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, across all levels and ability to carve story out of numbers.

Ability to work with banks, suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for materials, labour.

- Ability to manage and convert large volumes of data, into meaningful reports and analysis.

- Strong collaborative mindset, with ability to work across cultures and different time zones.

- Strong exposure to software like Builder Trend, QuickBooks and property management software like AppFolio, RealPage Property ware.

- Highly skilled in MS office suite, including MS Visio and PowerPoint and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Strategy

- Attention to detail, highly organized, with ability to multitask and prioritize, in a fast- paced, deadline driven environment.
