Job overview:

A market facing position that requires providing insightful analysis and advice to clients on one or multiple Business Process Services (BPS) markets through published and custom research. Role will include managing specific research agenda, helping clients through custom research engagements, authoring industry reports and thought papers, developing expertise in selected field, and global interaction with buyers, service providers, and investors.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs

- Problem solve and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines

- Lead medium sized custom engagements

- Set plan for internal growth and actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources

- Support business development efforts

- Refine business communication skills for external market communication

Skills & activities:

- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

- Project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage to deadlines

Education & experience:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred (from Tier-1 B-School)

- 4+ years of post MBA work experience in consulting/research/outsourcing strategy environment

- Interest in outsourcing space and sourcing trends

- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements

- Reports to: Practice Director / Vice President

- Direct reports: TBD (team members)
