Role - Sr Analyst/AVP (Structured asset finance/ Insurance/ FIG)

Financial Institutions - US

- Manager/ AVP- person must be extremely well conversant with structured asset finance, NAV finance, borrowing bases, mid-market lending and BDCs: somebody who must have ran with a few transactions already in this space

- Manager- person should be extremely good with insurance companies (more so on life insurance side than non-life; though we have life, non-life and reinsurance all in portfolio) - again the person should have experience running deals. Knowledge on covenant structuring, structured lending and LC facilities (including investment grade as well as border-line investment grade and possibly also with block financing / sub-investment grade) - has to be able to run with transactions.

- Senior Analyst- A seasoned analyst/associate who has a rounded view of the FIG in general and can fill the gaps on multiple portfolios (FIG in general) and funds finance / subscription finance
